Aircraft operators often need to centrally monitor the progress of their flights. Their dispatch department is always hungry for news, good or bad, in order to coordinate the flights as good as possible. Therefore they appreciate it if an FBO One sends a message upon arrival or departure of their aircraft, because the FBO often knows this before the flight crew has had the opportunity to notify their dispatch department. Therefore, FBO One supports sending movement messages automatically.

Movement messages can be sent to the operator, debtor, trip support provider and airport autorities. For each client or operator, you can indicate if a movement message should be sent. The Edit organization screen the check boxes for "Arrival notification required" and/or "Departure notification required" indicate if a movement message should be sent.

In the Settings (Placeholder) the subject and body of the movement messages can be configured. The templates for the body text can be customized using Email template variables.
