Application setting example

This setting can be managed via Application Settings when either just one FBO location is handled by FBO One, or to set the defaults fields.
Via Administration > Application settings > AvailablePaxCrewEditorFields > Edit, the fields shown, can be customised.

FBO Location setting example

When multiple FBO Locations are handled and the required fields are different for certain locations, the setting may be added per location via Administration > FBO Locations. In this case, the setting should be added and modified only for those locations requiring different fields, all others will take the default fields as defined under Application Settings.

In the below example, the location EBBR requires the following fields for use on immigration documentation:

  • Crew/PaxType

  • FirstName

  • LastName

  • Gender

  • DateOfBirth

  • Nationality

  • TravelDocumentType

  • PassportNumber

  • PassportExpiryDate

  • PassportCountryOfIssue

  • DateOfIssue

Via FBO Locations, the settings are added for EBBR only:

Under the Crew/Pax tab at EBBR/BRU location, only the specified fields now appear:
