How to set an expiry or review date for a bulletin board message

Note: Setting a review date or expiry date is optional for all messages.

Review and expiry date info:

  • Add a review date to indicate when a message is up for review - this is useful for messages such as AOC and other documents that should not expire, but should be periodically reviewed.

  • Add an expiry date to expire and hide a message after a certain date - this is useful for messages such as insurance documents that are no longer valid after a certain date and should be hidden to keep the bulletin board area relevant and less cluttered.

    • Note: Messages can be set to still show after expiry and can always be toggled to show/hide from the bulletin board area.

  • Review and expiry dates are optional for all messages - both can be used individually or together for a message.
