Filters can be cleared by clicking the blank space at the top of each filter or by pressing the ‘X’ to clear all filters.
To override all filters, the full registration or flight number can be entered into the open order search. To show crew/pax results, enter the full name of the passenger (first and last name).
Filters
Preset Filter | Allows choosing from a saved predefined filter (multiple filters saved together). This filter is useful for choosing between set filters that have been setup for each user. For example: Only show Catering for the next 24 hours or only show flights for the next 24 hours. See Preset OPS Filters for more information. Note: Authorization access is required to save new and update preset filters. |

Search by | Allows for filtering to search for certain data in an order, see Search by Filter for more information.
Crew/Pax names may be searched through this filter. Note: Multiple search by options can be ticked to show at the same time. If other filters are present, search by will only search the current results. |

Services | Filters services predefined to show. See Filter by Services for more information. Note: Multiple Services options can be ticked to show at the same time. If other filters are present, Services filter will filter the current results. | |
Order type | Filters certain order types. Note: Multiple Order type options can be ticked to show at the same time. If other filters are present, Order type filter will filter the current results. |

Parking | Filters by parking position and area. Parking areas allow for multiple positions filtered. As a general rule, ensure that ‘(Unassigned)’ is ticked, just in case parking has not yet been set. Note: If many positions exist only areas will show (around 50 positions). Multiple parking positions can be ticked to show at the same time. If other filters are present, Parking will only filter the current result. | |
Order date | Filters by active order date. Useful for showing upcoming flights for a certain date. See Order date filter for more information. Can be used to show orders in a time range using the 'Time from' and 'Time before' filters. | |
Time from | Filters orders from a certain time period in hours. This filter allows free text where you can enter any number (in hours). Can be used to show orders in a time range until a set time when used in conjunction with the ‘Time before’ filter. Note: If other filters are present, Time from will only filter the current result. | |
Time before | Filters orders to a certain time period. This filter allows free text where you can enter any number (in hours). Can be used to show orders in a time range until a set time when used in conjunction with the ‘Time from’ filter. Note: If other filters are present, Time before will only filter the current result. | |
Needs payment | Filters orders that have an outstanding balance and no credit terms. If the ‘$’ icon exists or the order, the Needs payment filter can filter to show. Note: If other filters are present, Needs payment will only filter the current result. | |
Has time | Filters to show if an order has no date time in the arrival or departure leg. Note: If other filters are present, Has time will only filter the current result. | |
Mergeable | Filters to show orders that are merge candidates for imported orders. This filter is only applicable to the Stonefield handling importer and will not show if not enabled | |
Review updates | Filters to show ‘Must review’ orders. The ‘Must review’ icon will show when an order has 3rd party changes from handling imports. |
