How to use

This workflow transition action clears the airport slot time/date in the correct flight leg of the order, based on whether the service is bound to the arrival or the departure

Please note that in doing this, any Slot Number added to the 'Supplier's Order Number' field is not removed and should be removed by editing the product to remove the text from this field.

The text 'The selected slot type will be set to NOT REQUIRED' actually indicates that the text shown on the Handling Confirmation PDF will revert to the description of the workflow state to which the slot reverts by being removed.

Example:

Before removal, the slot is set to 13-Jul-16 at 12:00 and is in the Confirmed state with the Slot number INAMS122 having been assigned using the 'Supplier's Order Number' field

Upon clicking 'Remove Slot', the below screen is shown

Once removed, in the Order screen the Slot time has been removed, but the Slot number remains. Clicking on 'AP SLOT IN' then 'Edit' allows for removal of the Slot number

Rather than the 'NOT REQUIRED' text, the workflow state name, in this case 'Pending', will show on the Handling Confirmation
