Aircraft type (Fields)
An aircraft type in FBO One has the following fields that can be edited in the edit aircraft type screen.
The operational name of the type. This field is shown in aircraft type select boxes, on the handling order, in the order grid on screen. This field is mandatory and must be unique.
ICAO code
The official ICAO code of the aircraft type, See ICAO Aircraft Type Designators for official list. Note: not all aircraft types will have an ICAO code 'ZZZZ' may be used in these cases. This field is mandatory.
IATA code
The official IATA code of the aircraft type. Note: not all aircraft types will have an IATA code. Not mandatory.
Manufacturer
The Manufacturer of the aircraft type. This fields is shown before the type name in aircraft type select boxes. This field is mandatory.
Model name
The official model name of the aircraft type. This field is mandatory.
Default seats
Default number of seats for crew and passengers in a standard seating configuration, this field is used by the seats calculator product calculator. Can be overridden if different for an aircraft registration in the edit registration screen. Not mandatory.
Default MTOW
The MTOW for the aircraft type. Can be overridden if different for an aircraft registration in the edit registration screen. This field is mandatory as MTOW may be used in price agreements.
Range
The standard flight range in kilometres, for information only. Not mandatory.
Wing span
The wing span in meters, for information only. Used for the calculation of the total footprint of an aircraft in m2 - important for the Parking Planning feature. Not mandatory.
Wing area
The wing area in square meters, for information only. Not mandatory.
Length
The length in meters. Used for the calculation of the total footprint of an aircraft in m2 - important for the Parking Planning feature. Not mandatory.
Height
The height in meters, for information only. Not mandatory.
Number of Engines
The number of engines for the aircraft type. Not mandatory.
Default noise chapter
The default noise chapter. Not mandatory.
Default noise cat
The default noise category. Not mandatory.
Fuel type
The fuel type used. Fuel types can be configured in the fuel type screen. Not mandatory.
Fuel process type
The fuel process type used, for information only. Fuel process types can be configured in the Fuel process types screen. Not mandatory.
Max fuel capacity
The maximum fuel capacity, for information only. Not mandatory.
Default de-ice cat
The default de-ice category. Not mandatory.
Default hanger cat
The default hanger category. Not mandatory.
Ground power
The ground power type for the aircraft, for information only. Ground power types can be configured in the Ground power types screen.
Custom Values
Custom values assigned to the aircraft type table will show here for setting.
Remarks
Free-text remarks for the aircraft type.
