Report tips

When used in combination with the Role authorization query, you can get an overview of what each user is authorized to do in FBO One.

Using an Excel pivot table you can see if multiple roles have been assigned to a user.

Useful Pivot table examples:

  • 'User name' or 'User display name' as Row labels as there are usually many users

  • ‘Role code’ in the Column labels as there are usually just a few

  • 'Is active' in the values

  • The user’s default FBO location or employee organization in the filter, using ‘User FBO location’ or ‘User organization’

There are no required filters for this query.

Data provider settings

The following ‘Data provider settings’ can be set in Reports (Administration) for the query, if not specified the default applies. All settings must be separated by a semi-colon ';'.

User FBO location

User’s default FBO location. See 'Default FBO location' field for the user.

User’s organization for audit logging. See 'Organization for audit log' field for the user.

Employee name

The secondary user’s display name, defaults to show the user’s ‘Full name’, if blank then ‘User name’ is shown.

Applies to users that are group members for a group user. Each group member will show as a new row for each role.

Indicates if the user is marked as active See 'Is active' field for the user.
