SupplyOrderEmailSubject / SupplyOrderEmailBody

It’s also possible to use Email template variables in each setting.

Information

The following overrides the SupplyOrderEmailSubject/SupplyOrderEmailBody setting defaults for OrderThirdPartyService transition:

  1. The product's ‘Supply Order template’:

    1. Email subject template - Overrides SupplyOrderEmailSubject

    2. Message body template - Adds to the SupplyOrderEmailBody (if the ~SupplyOrderDetails~ variable is added).

  2. Configuration string in service workflow see OrderThirdPartyService transition:

    1. Subject= ; - Overrides SupplyOrderEmailSubject

    2. Body= ; - Adds to the SupplyOrderEmailBody (if the ~SupplyOrderDetails~ variable is added).

  3. Orderline transition changes:

    1. User edits in the ‘Supply order subject’ field - Overrides SupplyOrderEmailSubject

    2. User edits in the ‘Supply order body’ field - Adds to the SupplyOrderEmailBody (if the ~SupplyOrderDetails~ variable is added).
