An order in FBO One is usually the handling of an aircraft. But any group of services (or even a single service) for a client, that should be invoiced at some point can be an order. If an order is not linked to actual flights, it is an OTC order. Orders can be related to each other. (see related orders)

Any order in FBO One is uniquely identified by the order key.

A regular handling order has the arrival before the departure. FBO One is able to handle orders with departure before arrival (home operator orders) but this can cause problems in calculation of parking and airport fees. The same goes for half handlings like arrival-only or departure-only orders.

To create an order use the create order link in the top menu.
