Different FBO Locations will probably use separate accounting systems. To support that situation, FBO One can use multiple (financial) administrations. Each FBO Location is linked to an administration. The administration defines things like invoice numbering, export file format, VAT calculation. In the product definition, many fields are actually administration-specific, like VAT settings and ledger codes for example.

When creating a new administration, an administration owner is needed, which is a contact. If the company has multiple locations, a new country specific contact has to be created. This is because the VAT calculator checks the country of the administration owner to determine if the Reversed VAT is applicable. See also the EC reversed VAT logic page
