Stock keeping unit

Indicates the Stock keeping unit, for example if the product is for JET A1 or AVGAS fuel.

Stock mutation type

Indicates the stock mutation type, possible options:

Defuel - Defuel from aircraft into a stock location
Purchase - Purchase of fuel from fuel supplier into a stock location
Transfer - Transfer of fuel between stock locations
Uplift - Sale of fuel from stock location to aircraft
Stock taking - A stock taking measurement of a stock location

‘Stock keeping unit’ field is also required to have an effect.
This setting will have a direct impact on the fields shown for the transition.

SKU duty tax

Indicates if the product is a SKU tax product. See SKU excise taxes (Administration)

Configuration string settings

The following ‘Configuration string' settings can be set on the transition in Stock mutation workflows.

All settings must be separated by a semi-colon ';'. If not specified the default settings apply.

Mandatory fields

Following defaults apply if Mandatory fields are not added:

All = if workflow is an end state
None = if ticket is being added and not an end state
FieldsNeededForPayment = if Mandatory fields config is missing and the ticket is not being added or in an end state

None - Meter readings not shown, and no fields are mandatory
InProgress
FieldsNeededForPayment - Fields required for payment become mandatory e.g. SKU taxes
All - All fields required for a complete ticket become mandatory

SKU settings

The following SKUs (Stock keeping units) (Administration) settings have an impact on the EditStockMutation transition.

Fuel type	Blank	The type of fuel to validate against the aircraft type. If the aircraft type doesn’t match the fuel type a warning shows on the fuel ticket.
Fuel temperature unit code (C for Celcius, F for Fahrenheit)	Blank	Temperature unit code used for recording the recorded temperature for fuel tickets. This has an effect on any table conversions used to from gross to net volume.
Minimum temperature	Blank	The minimum temperature that is allowed for the ‘Temperature’ field in the fuel ticket.
Maximum temperature	Blank	The maximum temperature that is allowed for the 'Temperature' field in the fuel ticket.
Fuel density unit code (M for Metric, A for API)	Blank	The density must be expressed in M or A for Metric Kg/L or Degrees API. Impact various fields and the unit displayed e.g. density.
Default density in kg/liter	Blank	The default density that is shown in the ‘Measured density’ field in the fuel ticket.
Maximum density in kg/Liter	Blank	The minimum density that is allowed for the ‘Measured density’ field in the fuel ticket.
Minimum density in kg/Liter	Blank	The maximum density that is allowed for the 'Measured density' field in the fuel ticket.
Prompt for fuel temperature in uplift ticket	False	Prompts the user to record the temperature for Uplift (sale) fuel tickets. Temperature field is hidden if false.
Prompt for fuel temperature in purchase ticket	False	Prompts the user to record the temperature for Purchase fuel tickets. Temperature field is hidden if false.
Prompt for fuel density in uplift ticket	False	Prompts the user to record the denisty for Uplift (sale) fuel tickets. Density field is hidden if false.
Prompt for fuel density in defuelling ticket	False	Prompts the user to record the denisty for Defuel fuel tickets. Density field is hidden if false.
Prompt for parking position in uplift and de-fuelling tickets	False	Shows ‘Parking position’ field with list of positions for FBO location in Uplift and Defuel mutations if true.
Auto-generate ticket numbers	False	Auto-generates the fuel ticket number. If true the ‘Ticket’ field will be hidden.
Anti-icing additive product (Prist)	Blank	Shows 'Is Prist (anti-icing) added' field if true
Track fuelled by	False	Shows 'Fuelled by' field with list of users if true.
Track inventory	False	Indicates if the SKU tracks inventory, showing meter values.
Prompt for transaction time	True	Enforce that each fuel ticket has a manually specified transaction time, as opposed the current date.
Enable imported fuel tickets	False	Shows 'Enable imported fuel tickets' field if true.

Stock location settings

The following Stock locations (Administration) settings have an impact on the EditStockMutation transition.

Minimum differential pressure in PSI Maximum differential pressure in PSI	Blank	The minimum and maximum values allowed for the Differential Pressure (PSI) field. Hides the 'Differential Pressure (PSI)' if blank.
Minimum flow rate in l/min Maximum flow rate in l/min	Blank	The minimum and maximum values allowed for the Flow rate field. Hides the 'Flow rate' if blank.

SKU excise taxes settings

The following SKU excise taxes (Administration) settings have an impact on the EditStockMutation transition.

Prompt for exemption	False	Indicates if the user can specify if the transaction is exempt from duty tax.
Prompt for final destination	False	Prompts the user to add the final destination for tax purposes, populates with the destination if present. Hides the 'Departing to (according to flight plan)' field if false.
Prompt for final destination even if given in handling order	False	Prompts the user to add the final destination for tax purposes, making the field blank if the destination already exists on the order.
IsExemptCaption	Blank	Indicates the field name for the tax exemption field.
