Setup the AHT payment gateway
Basic AHT Gateway Setup Process
Set product mappings in Live.
Copy live to usertest.
Confirm FBO One version being used is current.
Obtain the merchant account credentials from or AHT.
Configure the production gateway in usertest.
Review / activate the new payment types.
Adjust Forms of Payment to Carnet for AIR Card ONLY if processed on Contract instead of Retail basis.
Process and void one small production transaction in usertest for a bankcard, Avcard, and AIR Card as applicable.
Once successfully tested, turn off active production gateway in usertest.
Configure the production gateway in the Live system.
Configure the gateway related robots in the Live system.
Set Manage Cards on File authorization.
Set the new Forms of Payment to inactive.
Contact the merchant with documentation and agree on a time to switch the new Forms of Payment to active.
Email all parties to let them know the account is in production.
AHT Merchant Account Credentials
Below is an example of the Merchant Account Credentials from AHT. The information required to configure the gateway: Account ID, Jobber ID, and card types.
Configure and test the Production Gateway in USERTEST
Go to Administration | Payment | Payment Gateways.
Select the Gateway Settings option.
In the resulting window, enter / confirm the following gateway settings:

Once the settings have been entered, select Save and Validate.
After showing as “processing” for a moment, the screen will change. Select Close.
Select edit to see additional settings.
For the gateway to be live, "Is active" must be checked, and "In test mode" should be unchecked.
Fetch forms of payment.
The next screen will show all the system locations. Select the location(s) that will use the the gateway.
If multiple locations will share a gateway, combine the locations into an FBO Location Group to associate with the FOPs.
The next screen will show the credit card types that AHT has set up on their side. Confirm that they match with the card types that the customer requested.
For US, possible cards are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Avcard, AIR Card.
For International, possible cards are: Avcard, AIR Card.
Go to Administration | Payment | Forms of Payment to review and activate the new payment types.
Using the Test Gateway in USERTEST

By default, every usertest system includes a test/beta gateway.
To confirm that the test gateway is active, go to Administration | Payment | Payment Gateways.
Locate the gateway and select edit.
For the test gateway to be active for testing, both "Is active" and "In test mode" must be checked.
When the test gateway is active, everything to do with card processing is clearly labeled TEST. You can process card transactions, store cards on file, void, batch/settle, CreditPayment. All of this happens against the test account provided by AHT.
Note that the test gateway is set up at AHT in USD, so it only works for testing in US systems, or international systems that use USD as their currency for credit card FOPs.
Two gateways are currently available for test use:
Beta gateway 8634269 (default) is configured to match Bangor type set up (processing through BAMS):
