New features & Improvements

New screen - Edit Order

  • One of the most commonly requested features is here: Edit Order in a single screen, saving time on individually editing fields for Order or flight leg updates.

User interface and design improvements

We have released an upgrade to the framework to the interface, you will notice many small visible improvements throughout the system. Some key points:

  • All drop downs now have infinite scroll - no need to click to load more results

  • Buttons are now raised, icon sizing improved

  • Some drop downs will auto-open to allow for faster edits

Misc improvements

  • UI improvements

    • Add quick-access icons for common flight leg fields - quickly add missing flight fields via quick-access icons on the toolbar

    • Inactive Debtors and contacts should show as 'Inactive' in the selection in Price Agreements and other dropdowns

    • Update material design icons reference to the latest version, adding 1000+ more icons to choose from.

  • Admin page improvements

    • Improve auto-add product filtering. Auto-add products based on Flight type groups, Aircraft MTOW, Pax/Crew counts

    • Column page links in admin pages - for faster navigation between pages

    • Flight type price categories renamed to Flight type groups

    • SKU (fuel) admin page cleanup

    • Improve admin workflow tables to show hidden columns for workflow states, transitions

    • Increase edit height and width for settings

  • Reporting improvements

    • Add 50+ new columns to queries:

      • Add missing columns for Orders and Services query (when used together)

      • Handling Station IATA & Debtor Short Name are missing from the Services query

      • Add FBO Location columns to Orders/Payments/Movements queries

    • Add a 'Custom property' filter to the Custom Value Usage query

  • General improvements

    • Change the 'Help' and manual link in FBO One to the Zendesk helpdesk

    • Pendo - Product Analytics - Visitor & Account metadata extra fields

Bug fixes

Interface fixes

  • Upgrade to MaterialUI v5 and remove references to MaterialUI v3, v0.2

  • Edit Order UI: After edit is saved, fields changed should highlight

  • Edit Order UI: When a warning shows e.g. 'Ferry does not allow passengers' the user cannot save the edit

  • Edit Order UI: After saving of Edit Order fields highlight other Orders in the same window

  • Edit Order UI: 'Boarding' field is numeric when it is a text field

  • Payment request/Card on file request external screens do not load Mar/23

General fixes

  • Hotfix Critical vulnerability package for System.Text.Encodings.Web

  • Disable robots on user test and enable only when needed - all except blob, handling request importer, and clean robot

  • Auto-add product with different filters for Station groups shows no unique error message

  • Auto-add: Implement lazy loading for From/ToStationGroups, FlightTypeGroups, Mtow, and Crew/Pax Values

  • Run an initial scan of the FBO One project for vulnerabilities and fix

  • Active Flight Bridge script throws an error due to an existing duplicate icon

  • UKBF: Prevent the UKBF request from being sent if there are no passengers attached

  • UKBF: Improvements to duplicate flights
