Updated Crew/Pax Excel upload function action screen - quickly upload crew/pax from a template to flights

UI improvements
- Add number input for quick change of number fields, and improve mobile use
- Color changes:
  - Standardize red/green/blue colors across the system
  - Add an off-white color to all backgrounds to reduce brightness/eye-strain
  - Icon changes - reduce colors and standardize icons
  - Remove grey color and improve styling of top-right close button
- Add icons and a collapse/expand function to field sections - allowing quick collapse to reduce what’s shown on the screen
- Layout changes:
  - Improve spacing of checkboxes, fields and transitions
  - Improve spacing and look of Audit log
  - Increase size of icon for quick-add products
  - Improve design of Needs payment/Needs review icons on the planboard
- Change the loading icon so buttons no longer increase in height when processing
- Make expander buttons more obvious by making them raised buttons
- Add 'View operator details' menu item to aircraft registration field
- Reduce the height of toolbars across the system
Misc improvements
- Add a setting to allow OTC Start and End date/times to be mandatory
- Show just the Must review count ‘(1)’ in the browser tab instead of ‘Must review (1)’
- Add columns showing custom values for the master data on the Order, to the Orders query
- Add a 'copy' link for Custom property Custom values

Order custom value related to name shows the aircraft registration instead of the aircraft type when applied to type only
‘Must review’ quick filter and ‘View Handlings’ links are not clickable due to top toolbar padding
Remove the 'Back to classic page' link in Handling detail when user is defaulted to Classic
Update 'ShowLinkToMovementsScreenInOps' setting to more informative banner text shown in Classic
Full names with non-standard characters are not displayed correctly in the top toolbar (user/time area)
Crew/Pax UI: Rows get highlighted on first load when switching from one order to another
Crew/Pax UI: Disable the 'Copy' button until a row is selected in the grid and one of the 'Copy to..' checkboxes are true
Crew/Pax Upload UI: On upload a blank page is shown with a console error e.handleIsUploading is not a function
Menu search no longer auto-focuses when opened from toolbar
Improve padding for to-do/done services on the planboard

Analytics: Add IDs to checkboxes, Icon buttons and menu items
Copy Order: Improvements to clearing the flight status, and display of warning messages
When 'Show supplier pick-list' is false, and there is handling station restriction for 1 supplier, a LoadControl error shows

UKBF integration: Duplicate flight created when list of passengers is invalid
UKBF integration: Improvements to status shown in FBO One
UKBF integration: Add scheduled updates to UKBF at 10hrs before flight
FBO location access is not correctly selected when generating an API token
