Admin improvements

Admin page improvements
- Add ‘Download to excel’ links for a quick download of the visible table - saving effort and time in creating a report.
- Show hidden columns in admin pages, and clean up text headers for clearer instructions.
- Add ‘copy’ functions and 'Administration' drop-down filter to Ledgers and Cost centers
- Allow adding Custom values to admin Registration, Type, and Organization pages for faster management
- Increase the line height of the 'VAT calculator settings' field on the VAT Rule Groups page
UI improvements
- Improve the device authorization 'website is not allowed' page to be clearer.
Reporting improvements
- Add Flight times, Origin/Destination, and missing Order columns to the Pax Crew query
Email improvements
- Add Amount due, Grand total, and Administration variables for emails for invoices

Email preview for HandlingDepart is blocked if there is a warning on the Order
User Blocked by White screen whilst using Parking Planning tool to assign Parkings

Airport integration improvements
Invoice API JSON should still export Invoice Header details if there are no charges
Incorrect AWS Settings are used in FBO One Live when trying to generate an API token
UKBF: Allow pending bucket files to be sent up to 1 day in the past delete those which are over this limit
Add Authorize option to Swagger interface to add JWT token
Remove LLBLGEN Navigator between Station Group and Fbo Location
