Interface fixes

• Ensure the ‘STD from origin’ field is present on the Create Order screen

• Updates that allow formatting of emails to be remembered and be consistent when sending

• Improvement to the HTML formatting of emails to ensure they are clearly readable for users

• Update to the Remarks field when manually changing a fuel price to allow text entry

• Disable the scroll option on numerical fields to prevent accidental changing of field values

• Improved validation errors when the a group member passcode is entered incorrectly for Orderline transitions
