New features

Leon integration
FBO One now includes a full Leon integration for importing and synchronizing Leon requests, with end-to-end handling of request context in FBO One so operations and billing workflows stay aligned.
We have now moved forward with the integration development and are preparing to begin testing with a development partner / beta customer ahead of wider rollout.
Business value: faster Leon order handling, fewer manual corrections, reduced duplicate data entry, and a smoother handoff into billing and operational workflows.
FlightBridge two-way synchronization
FBO One now supports stronger two-way operational synchronization with FlightBridge, including improved behavior when orders/services are changed or reservations are cancelled.
Business value: fewer missed updates between systems, less rework for ops teams, and better execution reliability.
Expanded: Master Data API support
Expanded Master Data API support with improved filtering and modified-since synchronization for entities such as contacts and aircraft.
API integrations require either a third-party or in-house developer. FBO One exposes the data for external systems to retrieve and synchronize.
Business value: cleaner integrations, faster sync cycles, and less need for full data refreshes.
Expanded: Exchange Rate API write support
Exchange rates can now be created, edited, and deleted via API.
Business value: reduced manual finance administration and easier automation of rate management.

Misc improvements

UI improvements
- Product detail experience improved with a view page that better matches edit-page structure, reducing navigation friction.
- Handling and movement screen refresh behavior improved with smarter auto-refresh logic, so users see fresher data during active operations.
- Operational context is clearer in screens with additions like Credit Term visibility in handling detail views and better tooltip coverage in key areas.
- ETA at destination is now shown in Flight Leg (when enabled) and available during order editing.
- Operator remarks are now shown in planboard tooltips for Service To Do / Services Done, improving dispatch visibility.
Admin improvements
- Interactive Reports has been upgraded to the modern UI. As part of this update, reports can now be grouped into categories to make them easier to filter by user role or station relevance.
  Admin users can also configure which filters are shown or mandatory, simplifying report generation and reducing unnecessary fields for end users.
- Report category admin controls expanded with member management and improved interactive reporting setup.
- Auto Add management has been improved with expired auto-adds now hidden for a cleaner view, alongside a new Auto Add tab within product pages for faster access to product automation configuration.
- Administration data management has been improved with the addition of a dedicated Product Supplier administration page and general usability enhancements across configuration fields.
- Improved system-wide info tooltips - Added clear, readable info tooltips across administration fields to make setup and configuration easier.
- Inactive users are now hidden in role-member child tables, reducing admin noise.
- Price calculator setup now includes clearer descriptions, making configuration safer.
- Parking position lookups now show Station ICAO in display names, reducing selection mistakes.
- Aircraft type selection now shows MTOW context, improving operational decision-making.
- Price agreement filters now support “Quantity equal to or above”, enabling more precise pricing rules.
- Organization name is now available on headquarter contacts, improving reporting/identification quality.
- Quotes page now supports batch workflow state changes, reducing repetitive manual actions.
Email improvements
- Template variable support was expanded (including improved invoice-related variable handling).
- Email rendering/compatibility behavior was improved in edge cases.
- Attachment-related handling was strengthened for operational email workflows.

Integration improvements
- Accounting export reliability improved across multiple customer export formats, helping finance teams reconcile faster.

  FBO One can now use externally generated invoice PDFs in invoice integration workflows.
Security improvements
- Authentication platform hardening progressed with stronger Auth0 onboarding/group-user and MFA-related flows.
- Global error handling improved to reduce technical detail exposure and improve secure failure behavior.
- Security remediation work completed for known scan findings (upload/version disclosure/phishing-related vectors), reducing risk.
Reporting improvements
- Robot-generated report reliability improved for formula and merged-cell scenarios.
- Performance improved for heavy report queries, including service-report speed and large-output stability.
- Parking-history/report-query depth increased through custom property support and better related data visibility.
- Service planning now includes a dedicated “Services to do” field and “Is end state” query behavior, improving completion control.

Interface fixes

Admin

Custom value assignment screens are now more stable for permission-limited users, preventing null-reference failures when some records are not accessible.
Copying a custom property now correctly carries over its default custom value, so setup templates remain accurate after duplication.
Flight type price category editing no longer flickers during add/edit actions, making pricing configuration cleaner and less error-prone.

Backoffice

Account Summary now reliably shows debtor details for customer administrations, improving financial visibility during review and follow-up.

Crew/Pax

Passenger entry is now blocked on invalid flight legs for selected order types, reducing incorrect manifest and pricing data.

Order

Arrival-related template variables now behave correctly before arrival is completed, reducing email/template workflow interruptions.
Departure-only handling flows were improved when on-blocks time is not tracked, so users can complete departures with fewer manual workarounds.
Moving a slot order line now correctly updates the source order’s flight leg, preventing stale slot data.
Planboard quick actions remain available even with long search input, keeping fast-create workflows accessible.
Departure action no longer fails when an assigned parking position is missing, reducing blocking errors at dispatch time.
Overnight parking now respects airports with opening/closing restrictions, improving operational correctness.

General UI

Completing third-party services no longer unexpectedly clears unit price, protecting billing accuracy.
Several blank/white-screen login scenarios were fixed, improving session reliability.
Secondary passcode checks on custom value assignment now validate correctly, reducing confusion in secured workflows.
Editing bulletin board messages from Planboard no longer forces full-screen behavior, improving usability.
Recurring order change flows were stabilized to prevent white-screen failures, improving confidence in repeat scheduling.
Grid loading feedback was improved while loading additional grouped results, making large datasets easier to work with.
Aircraft registration handling category text overflow fixed, improving readability in long values.
Aircraft Type “Preview only” flow now correctly redirects to Type Detail, avoiding broken/unclear navigation for merging types.

General fixes

Admin

Regular users can upload custom values through UploadData when formula fields are empty, even when C# formula access is restricted.
Auto-adds with debtor assignment no longer throw an exception when debtor flags are changed, reducing admin cleanup.
Editing flight legs via Admin Orders no longer resets Airport Slot date/time fields, preserving planning data.
Parking-based auto-add behavior now follows configured rules more consistently, improving automation trust.

Backoffice

Invoice Matching now handles DST boundary dates correctly, removing blocked matching between April/May date edge cases.
Custom value assignment views no longer fail when some records are permission-restricted, improving backoffice continuity.
Payment Allocation now shows correct amounts after processing, improving reconciliation confidence.
Cross-location currency validation behavior was corrected, reducing false “unique per currency” errors.

Fuel

The same Jet A1 uplift can no longer be assigned to two imported fuel tickets, preventing duplicate consumption/accounting issues.
Foreign key failures when deleting stock mutation links were resolved, improving stock correction workflows.
Differential Pressure (Psi) no longer resets to 0 when editing completed fuel tickets, preserving operational records.
Stock mutation prefill logic now uses correct source values, reducing manual correction.
UK VAT calculator now supports fuel-type-specific litre thresholds, improving tax calculation accuracy.

Order

Duplicate aircraft checks now also cover FlightBridge scenarios, reducing duplicate-order risk.
Locking risk when creating Contact + Order in the same transaction was reduced, improving stability under concurrent usage.
Orders auto-created by Product Group rules no longer re-split after payment is taken, preventing downstream billing confusion.
Simultaneous online payment attempts on the same order are now handled more safely, reducing race-condition failures.
Date picker now accepts pasted date formats more reliably, speeding up front-office input.
Email send flow errors were addressed, improving outbound communication reliability.
Airport Opening Time Parking Calculator 2 now correctly honors IncludeUnassignedTimes=False, improving pricing/logic accuracy.
HandlingConfirm action-screen null-reference failures were fixed, reducing action-time disruptions.
Passport scanning now handles more valid cases without false failures, including acceptance of both Male/Female and M/F formats.
Prior Orders calculator now supports additional values and exclusions via custom values, enabling better targeting.

Payments and pricing

AHT “Store Card on File” redirect now returns correctly to FBO One instead of staying trapped in the iframe, improving completion rates.
Aircard retail payment rejection due to rounding differences was fixed, reducing failed payment attempts for fuel/handling charges.

Reporting

Running Audit report no longer fails on missing entity command for OrderLineNotificationMessage, improving audit reliability.
Scheduled report stack-overflow scenarios on invoiced orders were fixed, improving unattended report stability.
Running Stock now populates “Density in Kg per L” correctly for Stock Taking mutations, improving reporting accuracy.
Excel report execution now runs in parallel again, restoring throughput for larger report workloads.

System / Performance

Deadlocks on OrderLine Notification Message activity were reduced, improving overall system responsiveness.
Core package upgrades improved runtime stability and supportability.
Audit record performance work was expanded (including index validation and queue improvements) to reduce lag in audit processing.
Orders tab and order-page load paths were optimized for high-volume customers, improving user speed.
Slow Contact Details order-query performance was optimized, reducing wait times.
ReturnUrl validation was tightened to allowed URLs only, improving redirect security.
Robot startup concurrency was hardened to prevent duplicate-start SQL unique-index errors.
Queue processing improvements now handle multiple master records per type in audit flows, improving audit completeness.
Create Order timeout and contention scenarios were reduced during concurrent usage, improving operational reliability.
Mirror-environment redirect issues and “login shown after refresh while already authenticated” behavior were corrected.

API & Integration fixes

Handling import

Handling changes (like pre-assigned parking updates) now correctly increment change/version tracking, so API consumers receive accurate updates.
FlightBridge third-party orders are now imported into the correct handling order, reducing manual corrections.
Users can now add FlightBridge services to manually created FBO One handling orders, not only imported ones.
NJE inbound-leg split errors that caused import failures were fixed, improving import success rate.
FlightBridge reservations with FBO-arranged services now retain corresponding service requests, preventing silent service loss.
Customer-specific field selection issues that caused 400 import failures were addressed, improving API compatibility across customer setups.

Invoice API

Invoices can be re-exported after a mid-process cancellation, improving recovery from interrupted export runs.
“Send to Invoice API” transition once again correctly forces invoice export, restoring expected behavior.

System

Public APIs now support infant passenger concepts, improving data consistency between operational and integrated systems.
